WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 11

Blame is a learned behavior that you can unlearn, but it takes COURAGE to move on from the familiarity of past mistakes and methods! Develop a strategy that focuses on where you’re going and what God is saying will happen. Philippians 3:13-14 describes the outlook we should have: “I do not consider myself to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” Instead of spending energy on blame, move into the future and begin visualizing what success and victory look like.
Keep pecking…

What Does the bible say about Success?

Philippians 4:13 (ESV): “I can do all things through him who strengthens me.”

Matthew 6:25-33 (ESV): “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.”

James 4:10 (ESV): “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.”

Psalm 37:4 (ESV): “Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
