For such a time as this!

WIFI LOGO10

“If I perish, let me perish… I’m going to see the King!”

Esther 4:13-17  (NIV)

13 he sent back this answer: “Do not think that because you are in the king’s house you alone of all the Jews will escape. 14 For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”

15 Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai: 16 “Go, gather together all the Jews who are in Susa, and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my attendants will fast as you do. When this is done, I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish.”

17 So Mordecai went away and carried out all of Esther’s instructions.

This is instructive for us for we too have been placed in God given situations for a purpose.

We all  get a choice to rise up to the situation in faith or sit back in fear and remain silent. Will we obey the voice of God and speak and act for His glory or remain mute and motionless hoping that no one will notice? If God is calling you to something and you remain silent, God will find another way, but you will miss out on how God wanted to use you for His purpose and lose the reward that would have been yours.  Who knows, that could have been your time?  You could have been positioned by God for that very purpose for such a time as this!  “Stay in position!”

What is required? – “If I perish, I perish”

Esther 4:15-17  Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai:    Go, gather together all the Jews who are in Susa, and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my maids will fast as you do. When this is done, I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish.   So Mordecai went away and carried out all of Esther’s instructions.

Finally Esther begins to see the depth of the problem and the need to follow Mordecai’s instructions no matter what the cost, and it could potentially cost her. We shouldn’t underestimate the step that Esther took here, and so it isn’t surprising that all the Jews in Susa are asked to fast for three days concerning Esther’s next move.  At the end of that time, Esther will do something that was not lawful to do (even for the Queen!) – She will go before the King unannounced. If all goes well, he will extend the golden sceptre to her and she will find favour in his sight. If it did not turn out the way she expected, she will die. It is a huge step of faith on her part!  “If I perish, I perish” are the words on her lips as she takes each step of the journey.

What does all this mean for us? Well, Jesus said that “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will find it.” Your ‘cross’, that Jesus asked you to take up, is the place in your life where the will of God and your will,  shall cross. That is, where the two wills are in opposition to each other! This was how it was for Esther as her will initially was opposed to the instruction of  Mordecai.  That is how it is often for us. So what is required?  As shown by Esther, we too must deny our will and obey God’s call.  Has God been asking something of you lately? Have you obeyed? Can you learn from Esther in this regard who initially dug her feet  in but died to her own will so that the plans and purpose of God could be activated through her? I think we all can.

Thanksgiving for the LORD’s Salvation

Psalms 118

The Psalms 118

1 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever.

2 Let Israel now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

3 Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

4 Let them now that fear the LORD say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

5 I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place.

6 The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

7 The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.

8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

9 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.

10 All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD will I destroy them.

11 They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: but in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.

12 They compassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns:
for in the name of the LORD I will destroy them.

13 Thou hast thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the LORD helped me.

14 The LORD is my strength and song, and is become my salvation.

15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous:
the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

16 The right hand of the LORD is exalted: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.

17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.

18 The LORD hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death.

19 Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the LORD:

20 this gate of the LORD, into which the righteous shall enter.

21 I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.

22 The stone which the builders refused is become the headstone of the corner.

23 This is the LORD’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.

24 This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

25 Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.

26 Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the LORD:  we have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.

27 God is the LORD, which hath showed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

28 Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee.

29 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

God Loves Me!  Yes you!

www.wifiministries.org
World In Focus International

Greetings to our WIFI subscribers, family, and friend’s, we pray all is well.

In today’s world, we encounter all types of people in every walk of life… We find people who are happy, who are hurting, who are  lonely, and those that appear to have it all together.   No matter what category you fit in, please know that Jesus Love you!   Most of us can agree that it’s sometimes  easier to love when you are happy and things are going great.  on the other hand,  have ever found yourself in a position where things may not be going  just the way you planned?   Well, I’ve come to give you a word from the  Lord: “Keep Loving, no matter what!”

In the word of the Lord it says in the book of Isiah 41:10 says: “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”   In  1 John 4:16  it says: “So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.”

Yes, these are great scriptures to go on when your heart feels as if no one cares.  Always know that Jesus cares.  It’s a simple message,  and I truly believe that God wanted it to be that way.   God made it so easy to come to him even with our problems, and just the way that you are.   He said in his word, I will never leave you nor forsake you.

In Matthew 11:28-29(KJV) it says: ” Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.   Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.”

So this lets us know that we don’t have to hold on to the things of the past that hurt us so deep that we feel like we could never love again.  Love is simple, and Love is kind and Love never boast, and Love never hurts.   See the kind of Love you need to keep loving no matter what only comes from God.   Only God’s love can heal, and in turn give you a heart to forgive others that trespass against us.   As I said earlier, in life you will encounter all types of people, but the type of person you want to see.   Be loving, be kind, and gentle one to another.   Give a smile,  and go above and and beyond to make others feel the love that you want to feel.    Love is a beautiful thing, and don’t ever let anyone take what they did not give to you.   God is love, so therefore we are filled with his love once we accept him as personal savior.

My message here is simple, and it says: “No matter what, keep loving!”   Through it all, keep loving!   Through the good and the bad times, keep loving!   Why, you might ask?   Because God, first loved us.   In his word it says  in  John 3:16 ““For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.   That’s love right there!   Love enough for me to love even my enemies, and the people that overlook, use and try to abuse us.   In all that you do, keep loving, no matter what and let God be that guiding light that helps you to LOVE, no matter what!

Where can you turn for Encouragement?

Have you ever felt like you had no where to turn for encouragement? I want you to know that the Bible is one of the  greatest sources we have available  for encouragement. Please take the time to meditate over the enclosed scriptures… They will surely bless your life!

Comfort And Encouragement Bible Verses

Deuteronomy 31:8 It is the LORD who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”

Psalm 9:9 The LORD is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O LORD, have not forsaken those who seek you.

Psalm 23:4  Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me;  your rod and your staff,  they comfort me.

Psalm 55:22  Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.

Matthew 11:28-29 Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Strength Quotes For Encouragement

Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”

Isaiah 41:10 fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Zephaniah 3:17 The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

1 Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18  So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,  as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

Peace Scripture Quotes For Encouragement

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

John 16:33 I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”

Romans 8:6 For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.

Philippians 4:6-7 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.

Put On the New Self

Greetings to all of our WIFI subscribers, family and friends… Yes, it’s been a long time since you all have heard from us via blog. Nevertheless, I thank you for all your emails, prayer requests, and phone calls..

I do realize that there’s a spiritual mandate on my life that I must fulfill…. I’ve been commissioned by God to spread the good news of Jesus Christ around the globe in season and out of season.  I hear the voice of the Lord speaking loud and clear giving directions every step of the way, letting me know that I am not alone. I must teach, preach and reach the Gospel to places near and far and let God’s people know about his truths.

Lord I’m willing and I’m ready to continue to do your will no matter what..

Breaking the cycle

BREAK EVERY CHAIN…… Elder Virgil Jones, Jr. ~

May he Rest in Peace… My prayers, thoughts, condolences and deepest sympathy goes out to his family… He was truly a gift to the body of Christ and will be missed..  ~ Min. Ev and the WIFI community..

Colossians 3:1-17

Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth.  For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God.  When Christ, who is our life, is revealed, then you also will be revealed with Him in glory.

Therefore consider the members of your earthly body as dead to immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to idolatry.  For it is because of these things that the wrath of God will come upon the sons of disobedience,  and in them you also once walked, when you were living in them.  But now you also, put them all aside: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and abusive speech from your mouth.  Do not lie to one another, since you laid aside the old self with its evil practices,  and have put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him— a renewal in which there is no distinction between Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave and freeman, but Christ is all, and in all.

So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you.  Beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity.  Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful.  Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God.  Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 51

Making assumptions prevents you from respecting differences and learning from others. POSITIONING and EXPOSURE necessitate that you spend time with people who are different from you. It takes COURAGE, but the resulting KNOWLEDGE is priceless. When you only interact with people who look like you and think like you, you have no checks and balances to avoid extremes and to provide wisdom. Be patient in the new relationships God has given you, and look for the deep things that can unite you with others.

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 50 by Bishop T.D. Jakes

Ecclesiastes 9:11 (KJV)” I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.”

Praise God from whom all blessings flow.   Just praising God that we have made it this far by faith.

Today marks 50 days of our Pecking Orders directly from Bishop T.D. Jakes, and I’m excited about what these next 2 days are going to bring.  We expect positive changes for our lives.  We have truly been blessed these past 50 days and look forward to breaking into dreams of lifetime. I don’t know about you, but we have no desires to turn around now… My shell broke long ago on this journey, and I feel a great sense of maturity. This chick is about her Father’s business and ready to go!!!! 🙂

WTAL – 52 Days of Pecking Orders – Day 50

Before you run, realize that it is usually the easy way out! Your new journey takes COURAGE! If you’re always running away from your problems, you will never mature into the person God designed you to be. Maturity requires that you know how to discern and decide when to run and when to figure out how to make something work. Be COURAGEOUS enough to stand firm and no longer make flight your customary response.

WTAL 2012 Recap

“At Woman Thou Art Loosed, I preached a message titled “The Pecking Order”. If you missed it, get your hands on a copy or download the MP3 from our site. During the conference God also moved me to share one of my breakthrough scriptures — Luke 2:52 “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.”

For the next 52 Days, beginning tomorrow, we’re going to meet in the Spirit via social media. I’m going to be giving you “Pecking Orders” to help unlock FAVOR and POTENTIAL in your life and coach you into your destiny. Some of these orders will be spiritual…others will be natural, concerning issues like credit, debt, and leadership.

I’m challenging you to have 52 days of undistracted devotion with God. Get up early and give God the first fruits of your day. Have private devotion time. Meditate over Luke 2:52 and pray “Lord, Make me increase in wisdom and stature and favor…” Then, read your pecking orders for the day and believe God for a shift in your life. I want to pray for you as we embark on this journey!”
